For over 70 years, the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium has been revered as The Showplace of the South. Established in 1951, Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium is one of the finest theaters in the country, with seating capacity of 3244 and one of the largest stages in the southeast. As the Carolina’s largest theater, Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium showcases the best in Broadway, Comedy acts and musical entertainment. Located in the heart of Downtown Spartanburg, the Auditorium also serves as a historic landmark and a site for local entertainment, sporting events, banquets, and trade shows.
The Hall: 1,200 – 1,800 capacity
A general admission club style concert venue and event space venue located on the lower level of the Auditorium, The Hall’s design and unique staging and seating promises a more intimate experience for both audiences and performers. The Hall’s 13,000 square feet of newly renovated space, combined with its flexible seating and staging make it an ideal space for sporting events, trade shows, conventions, meetings, and banquets.
